We want your new squishies to reach you safely and as quickly as possible.
This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery.
1. Where we ship
We mainly ship to customers in North America.
If we offer shipping to other regions, it will be shown at checkout.
If your address is not supported, you may not be able to complete your order.
2. Processing time
After you place an order:

We usually need [X–Y business days] to process and pack your items before shipping.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business days.
If there is a delay (for example, high order volume or stock issues), we will do our best to let you know.
3. Shipping options and delivery times

If you order from outside our main shipping country:

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

You are responsible for paying any additional customs or import fees.
We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.
7. Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
If the address you provide is:

your package may be delayed, returned, or lost.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may:

Ask you to pay for re‑shipping, or

Offer a refund minus original shipping costs, depending on the situation and product condition
If a package is lost due to an incorrect address, we may not be able to refund or replace it.
8. Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, some things are outside our control.
If your package is:

Marked as delivered but you cannot find it

Stuck in transit for a long time

Missing or appears lost
please:

Check with household members, neighbors, or your building manager.

Check any safe places where carriers may leave packages.

Contact the carrier using your tracking number.

Then contact us at squishystop6@gmail.com with your order number and details.
We will work with you and the carrier to investigate.
Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or other solution, but this is not guaranteed.
9. Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the package and the damaged items

Keep all packaging materials

Contact us as soon as possible at squishystop6@gmail.com with your order number and photos
We will review the situation and let you know the next steps.
