Return Policy

Our returns process is simple and friendly across Canada. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund in CAD. Items must be in their original condition: unused, unopened, and in the same packaging you received them. Please note that used squishies are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. For returns, a proof of purchase is required. Once we inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. For gifts, late or missing refunds, or shipping cost details (customer is responsible for return shipping), please contact us at squishystop6@gmail.com.

1. Email Support

Returning your items to Squishys is easy and stress-free. Please follow these three steps for a successful refund in CAD.

2. Prepare Box

Place the unused toy and its original receipt back into the shipping box with all its original tags.

3. Send it Off

Mail your package back to our Canadian warehouse. You'll cover the return shipping costs for now.
